Reset a password using an OTP

Sets a new password after verifying the OTP sent via /auth/forgot-password (or /auth/send-otp).

OTP invalid or expired. An address that matches no account answers identically, so the response cannot be used to probe for accounts.

Account not eligible to authenticate (deactivated/suspended/unverified)

TENANT_LINK_MISMATCH — the reset link was issued for a different workspace than the hostname it was opened on
